Agentic AI + ERP for Indian SMEs in 2026
How Agentic AI Is Revolutionizing ERP for Indian SMEs in 2026 Most ERP systems, even good ones, are fundamentally passive. They record what happened, generate reports on what happened, and alert you when something needs attention. What they don't do is act on that information — not without a human making a decision and clicking something. Agentic AI ERP for Indian SMEs changes that relationship entirely. An AI agent embedded in your ERP doesn't wait for you to notice a problem. It monitors, decides, and acts — within boundaries you define — so that routine decisions get made at machine speed while your team focuses on things that genuinely need human judgement. This isn't science fiction. Indian SMEs are already deploying this in 2026, and the gap between companies that are and companies that aren't is growing faster than most business owners realise.
